Flawless Finish: Removal of Moles, Warts & Skin Tags

Understanding Common Skin Lesions We all have bumps and spots on our skin, but you don’t have to live with them. While most are harmless, they can be irritating or cosmetically bothersome.

  • Skin Tags: Soft, hanging flaps of skin caused by friction (neck, underarms, eyelids).

  • Moles (Nevi): Clusters of pigmented cells that can be flat or raised.

  • Warts: Rough bumps caused by a viral infection (HPV). They are contagious and can spread if touched or picked.

  • DPNs (Black Spots): Tiny black or brown bumps often found on the face and neck, very common in Asian skin.

The Old Way vs. The Modern Way In the past, removing these meant cutting, stitching, or using crude burning tools that left bad scars. At our clinic, we use Precision Aesthetic Technology to remove the lesion while preserving the healthy skin underneath.

Our Advanced “American Standard” Technology

We are equipped with the latest imported machinery to ensure removal is quick, safe, and leaves minimal to no scarring.

1. The ConMed System (USA)

  • What it is: We utilize the ConMed Hyfrecator, the gold-standard American electrosurgical system used by top dermatologists worldwide.

  • The Advantage: Unlike standard cautery machines that “burn” the tissue, the ConMed system uses high-frequency radio waves to precisely desiccate the tissue.

  • The Result: It stops bleeding instantly and operates with such fine precision that it reduces the risk of thermal damage to the surrounding skin, meaning faster healing and superior cosmetic results.

2. CO2 Fractional Laser

  • Best For: Viral warts and deeper moles.

  • The Action: The laser beam vaporizes the tissue layer by layer. For warts, the laser heat also helps kill the virus at the base, reducing the chance of it growing back.

3. Radiosurgery

  • Best For: Raised moles on the face.

  • The Action: We “shave” the mole flat against the skin surface using a radiofrequency loop. This often requires no stitches and heals like a superficial scratch.

The Procedure: What to Expect

  • Comfort: We apply a strong numbing cream or a tiny local anesthetic injection, making the procedure virtually painless.

  • Speed: Most skin tags and spots can be removed in seconds.

  • Healing: A small scab will form where the lesion was. This scab falls off naturally in 5 to 7 days, revealing fresh pink skin that fades to your normal color over time.

Why Consultation is Mandatory

Never attempt to remove a mole at home or at a salon. A consultation with Dr. Ummair Saeed Mian is a medical necessity.

  • Cancer Screening: Not all spots are safe. We must differentiate between a harmless mole and a potentially dangerous skin cancer (Melanoma). If a mole looks suspicious, we will send it for Biopsy (histopathology) before removal.

  • Viral Control: If you have warts, we need to check if they are spreading. Removing one wart without treating the virus can cause more to pop up.

  • Aesthetic Judgment: We determine which tool (Laser vs. ConMed) will give the best cosmetic result for your specific skin type.
